Summer Fun...
Last weekend, we decided it was time to get the boys a little pool to play in. So Patrick and I went to Wal-Mart and found this fun one for just $20. And it may be the best $20 I have ever spent! The boys have had so much fun playing in it, and it does a great job of wearing them out and using up all that energy that little boys seems to have. I just sit out there with a magazine or something with my feet in the water and sit under the shade of my house. When the sun gets on me, and I get too hot, we come in. It's great! Patrick's mom came to visit last weekend also, and she brought the boys some fun new swimsuits, that they just loved, and wore every time they went swimming. The only bummer is that it has gotten so windy the past few days, and today it is stormy, so they haven't been able to go out to play in it for a few days, but don't think they haven't asked like a hundred times to go out to play, because they have! And since our backyard is like 2 square feet, there isn't a ton for a little boy to do out there, so this is a great remedy for that! It will at least be something they can do outside this summer when it is a million degrees.

The pool is the greatest; my kids have been bugging us daily about getting ours put up-it is great for burning up that energy!
oh$20! Looks like I need to get to Walmart. The weather here has still been too crazy to get a pool out yet...hopefully soon though!
That is the same pool we got Britton for his birthday last year. We gave it to him a month early though since his b day is in August. They loved it even Daddy had a blast in it. Unfortunately the wind got to it and it got ruined. We still have the snake and some if the balls. Don't worry we got a new pool for Mothers day and it is awesome to live here where you can swim in February some days.
Oh my goodness! I must run to Walmart. Honestly, I saw the pics & thought, wow, Patrick must be doing pretty good if they can have a pool with a water slide! That's great!
